About Nadine Massarelli

Nadine started her real estate career after retiring from 30 years in the nursing field. She wanted to continue focusing on helping her community but in a very different capacity. Because Nadine lived in Kannapolis, NC, were there were an abundance of distressed mill houses, she decided to start a home renovations company.


After a decade of bringing life back into distressed homes Nadine’s family decided to move to Central Alabama, where her oldest son was stationed. This move gave Nadine the opportunity to earn her Alabama Real Estate License and enjoy yet another aspect in her real estate journey. Nadine found that her extensive experience renovating homes had provided her with valuable knowledge that she could draw from to help her new clients.


This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Nadine is, and the type of agent she continuously strives to be for her clients. Nadine was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she has done.


Nadine was raised in Davis California. As a child, Nadine had aspirations of being a Forester. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.


As the years went by, Nadine worked her way from nursing to real estate, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.


As her career advanced, Nadine found her stride working with first time home buyers, bucket list buyers, and Veteran home buyers.


Nadine lives on a small farm in Prattville Alabama with her husband, two daughters and one of her grand daughters. In her free time, she enjoys attending activities at the local American Legion, riding motor cycles with her husband and making precious memories with her grand children whose ages range from 6 month to 19 years of age.


Nadine’s mission is to provide the highest level of service to each of her clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
